    100W Bull Horn

posted by ticker on 06/26/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Its loud, sound just like cops, fire or ambulance. Also has an alarm sounding siren and the "barp" sounding airhorn option that cops have to move people on or out of the way. Plus there is also the PA mic.
    Cons:
Price. The hand set for the PA is a little tinnie.

    SmallSun Cree Q3 WC 3-mode

posted by ticker on 03/08/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Price is definitely a plus. It is almost half the price of the WF-600 Q2 Cree and it come with and extra mode than it. Compact, good for sticking in your pocket.
    Cons:
A regulated 18650 with a positive nipple will barely fit, the tail cap is half screwed on. This must need an unregulated 18650 ...

    Cotton Gloves

posted by ticker on 02/25/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
One pro is the gloves are cheap. Another is they will indeed prevent finger prints, but then I suppose so would cello-tape.
    Cons:
The size was a little smaller than expected. As an adult male it can just fit my fingers width wise, length is sadly lacking. T...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Good nite stick. I say the run time would be good with 6 x D-cells.

    Wireless Transceiver

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Good for transmitting video/audio without any wires. 50% cheaper than local prices, with similar results. So price can't be beat.
    Cons:
Range is a definite Con. 300ft / 90m maybe in an open hall. But range in a closed in building is 10m to 15m with obstructions l...

posted by ticker on 07/28/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Good and very cheap, works great with my Ultrafire C2. Smooth to screw the cap on. Nice finish.
    Cons:
A bit clunky, feels like there is five different switch contacts along the length of the pad. This needs and even squeeze to wo...

posted by ticker on 07/28/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Look very durable, no magnification, bright red/green dot. Good for quick target acquisition.
    Cons:
The dot selector on mine doesn't seem to adjust the brightness of the dot, other than that its fine.
