    Excellent build quality!

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
I am using this item with my Wouxun ( sku.41983 ) and it works great! The build quality is excellent, the unit feels solid, the wire is thick and stiff (might be a con for some). It has a standard 3.5mm jack for an earpiece or to plug in your favourite pair...
    Cons:
The cable is a bit short and a bit stiff, but both of these aren't really con and should fix themselves with time (the cable wi...

    Pros:
Great battery, fits my 450D/XSi. Has a good capacity it seems. So far maybe better than original, but 10 times cheaper!!
    Cons:
I ordered three of these. Two of them are slightly too big and require being pried out of the camera. It's rather annoying.

    Nice product

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
This product decodes HDMI signals to Component analog. Works great on my 2009 MacMini using sku.27610. Did not require a 5V adaptor in my case. Image quality is excellent (then again my TV is not that great either)
    Cons:
Only supports 480(i/p), 720 and 1080p. My TV can go up to 1024x768, but anything over 480i (even 480p) results in overscan. I h...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    - The 1W led is very bright without consuming too much power - Nice build quality. The head lamp assembly is rubberized and is fairly water resistant (nice twist and pry mechanism). - The elastic will last quite some time I thing, but can easily be replaced...
    Cons:
    - The charger doesn't seem to work and the batteries are worthless. DX please sell this item without them! - The headband is sh...

Ok but you get what you pay for

    Pros:
This is a simple USB <> RS232 converter. Not much to say here. It's the cheapest one available on DX an as others report it's PL2303 based which has wide driver support (now a days).
    Cons:
The PL2303 IC is actually a blob of epoxy (and a generic Maxim level converter) making it harder to to this adaptor for DIY USB...

    Very nice outdoor connectors!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
These are *great* outdoors power connectors. If you want to do any kind of DIY flashlight, headlamp, etc and need connectors that will be exposed to the weather, get these! You will not regret. I've tried other stuff I could get my hands on but it just wasn...
    Cons:
None. Really. What do you want? Gold plated? ;P Rather pricey for what they are!

    Could be better

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
    - The shape is really nice - The blade length is good - Comes with a holster - Small
    Cons:
    - Fairly heavy - The build quality is really bad: It's very hard to flip open and the lock mechanism is really shady. I...

    Excellent!

Involvement:Novice (still getting used to it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
    - Build quality is very good, didn't notice any smell - Fits great on my Rebel XSi's EF-S 18~55mm f/3.5~5.6 - Fits with my UV filter on - Gives a bit more protection - Does crop the image
    Cons:
None, I'm happy with it. I'd be happier if mine hadn't been delivered with the "for canon" markings on it. Makes it look cheape...

    Excellent product!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Excellent build quality. I have opened the device (screws not glue!) to make sure it isn't just a transformer and/org a linear regulator with a huge chunk of metal and it isn't. This is a proper Switch Mode Power Supply. The PCB is of good quality (extra th...
    Cons:
No real cons, only a few nitpicks: Considering this is a travel it's a little clunky and heavy and it doesn't come with a litt...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Lots of blades, the two biggest handles are useful. The blades are held nicely with a magnet strip; handy.
    Cons:
The smallest of the three handles is pretty useless imho (mostly because it's too fragile and too light). Moreover, the plastic...
