    Ugyanez itt is. I have the same problem with the items arriving to Hungary. The chat is not available at the moment and I bought the tax insurance in vain. Dear DX colleagues, please tell us what to do now or next time.

    you need to go https://cs.dx.com/ticket/Check/Order.Delay

    register your shipment, then go once again to this link. enter shipment details and add photos of documents.

    my order (150922135097222439 - RC314339123NL) was "checked" by office and now I have to fill info and pay vat and fee. I have insurance in order, so I'd like to know what to do next: a) handle it myself and you will pay me back or b) you will manage that package will be sent to me. Thanks for info.

    After you pay the vat and fee you need to keep the tickets and then provide them to our customer service. We will refund you up to 40$.
