Where is my order

    I just remembered this. vv It was there long before this phone was ordered.


    Why did DX ship it if they said they're not shipping phones to Turkey? Don't they even follow their own rules now?

    To me, that should be enough reason for a full refund.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    Oh I did not know that. I am not actually satisfied as a costomer from this shopping site. That was the worst experience I have ever had and I am really sad. I actullay worry about when the phone also will be in the company again. I do not have any idea about when I can have my money. For the shipment cost also I think they should not charge me any penies. This is not my fault.

    * 180827001036243373 this is my order number.

    The apparent file name of the image in the post by Cassie (I miss her) implies 2 Jan 2018, while the order was clearly placed on 27 Aug 2018. But there's still an unresolved question about that.

    * I ordered a cell phone on 14.08.2018

    * Why lie about the order date? By 13 days!

    gasbag11 didn't get an answer to that very good question. I think it needs an answer.

    Oh My God... such a buushit rules.

    Considering Turkey at the moment, I can't help wonder: exactly which God is that?

    Anyway, I think gasbag11's new questions also have merit, and it would be very nice if @Alisa-Deng could explain. Why did DX ship it if they said they're not shipping phones to Turkey? Don't they even follow their own rules now?

    What should I exactly respond to? I did not get it, sorry. As a costomer I am in a some kind of online shopping that is compeletely like being in chaos and I don't have what is going on with my money? And it is about 4 month which I am in this kind of conditions. Then you are going to ask me questions like who is my God and why I did not exactly tell you the date of order when I was tring to find a way to contact with you guys.

    How can I get information about my refounding issue? I do not know where exactly the cell phone is? Did the mother country recieve it? Is there any shipping code which I can fallow it?
