no response from DX, is DX still working ??

    Hace ya un mes que compré un articulo XIAOMI con plazo de entrega 7-10 días no llega, no hay forma de localizarlo, no me responden a los mensajes ni el vendedor ni el servicio de Atención al Cliente de DX. Esto es una estafa de web, denunciable en todos los sentidos, y no solo a ellos, sino a una empresa supuestamente solvente como es XIAOMI. Exijo una respuesta ya.

    19/03/22 “Message to seller” about defective item: To day, I have received your camera: ENKLOV 1080P Hidden Video Recorder Security Camera with Wireless Remote 478225. Supplier is DX.com sku: 559577.

    The camera it selves works for video and still pictures when controlled directly, but this following is not working:

    1. The remote control does not function at all. Pressing any knop, the red lights up on the remote only, but the camera do not react in any way! I think the wireless is defective.

    2. The microphone sensitivity is very weak. I can see a protective cab, shall the cap be removed from the head of the microphone?

    Hi, I continue without hearing from you about the messages I have sent, and I haven´t received the product I have purchased, and I think the treatment you are giving me is inadmissible, with a terrible customer service and without attending at any time or doubts nor the reports that I have been demanding for several weeks. They aren´t fulfilling all their policies of attention, since they do not answer in 24 hours as you promise, or even longer. Very disappointed with you and your service.

    Order number: 190301100189831142 Good morning, I bought this item 1 month ago and the seller, in his ad, says that the delivery time is 7 to 10 days and I have no news about it. I need information about the delivery, since it is evident that they are not fulfilling their delivery commitment, the customer service does not answer and they leave the customers unanswered about their orders. It seems to me a scam what they are doing. I´m looking forward to hearing from you.

    As to Sku 559577 regarding defective Remote Control. I have found out, that the RC unit was delivered with a defective 12 Volt battery. Hence, no need for me to send a video as requested.
