Package didn't arrive over 2 months

    Your ticket was automatically closed by our system as you did not give a response to the Customer Service representative for more than 90 days. Your package was lost, and we have refund you, please check your account a few days later to confirm the refund.

    I didn't respond to the ticket because you didn't answered my question WHERE the ticket is placed - i couldn't find it.

    Where the tickets are located?
