WTF do you need to do to get a REFUND?

    Yes, but those two orders are completly gone from my orders list.. So, I'm not sure I'll even be able to see any messages.. I wasn't able to to do it so far.

    How can I cancel my order that I placed 1,5 month ago (190812100130235121) and the seller says "we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused due to late shipments. Currently we are awaiting the restock of item, so your order is temporarily being held. Please don't worry, once the product arrive at our warehouse, we will give priority to process your order."

    I do not want to wait anymore and I would like to cancel the order and get my money back. What do I have to do to get it done?
