    Ordered a bunch of items, all dispatched except one that became quickly sold out. Four weeks later I was thinking "No worries, was not an important item. I'll ask for a refund this weekend" and voila! DX sent me the refund before the weekend without me needing to even ask for it!
    The refund was done by Paypal without incidence. Well, I should say with one incidence... I bought several items more with this money! :)

    I bought a car for his son . The car broke down on the third day . Store sent a new car the day after treatment. Such good service I have ever seen.

    A big thank you to @Happyvicky for transferring some Gift Card codes from xmas time to my account. Also a big thank you to @Gasbag11 for providing those gift cards.

    Both people have made me very happy spending more money on DX. However, they gave me the possibility of discounts on various orders. Great stuff!

    Also, most orders I placed the last month were shipped within 2 weeks, which is woderful, I think.

    A word of appreciation for the way DX.com handles the refund of EU taxes.

     I ordered 17-04 and received the goods after about 25 days (NOT the fault of DX,com but due to sloooow customs and bank holidays). Opened a ticket yesterday for the refund of the taxes for which I paid insurance fee and to my surprise I recieved the money today on Firday the 13th of all days LOL

    THANKS DX.com you are the best!

    A happy Canadian Customer!.. Just finished a fawning (but honestly sincere) review after closing a 'customer service ticket'. Didn't mention there that the same day I'd placed my small DX order (Oct.18,2016), I also placed a small order with another HK supplier. Each order was between $30-$40 cdn. With the other supplier I selected & paid extra for priority shipping, not with DX. Both orders arrived on the same day (Nov.25,2016) and the other guys had added a $13 COD charge for additional shipping. Heard of this happening many times with other suppliers, but never with DX. I dealt with the other guys because I'd heard good things about them & they were the only source for a particular electronic item.

    I complained & was told "Too bad, that's how we ship to Canada... Here's a $2 discount for your next order." I can assure you, THAT will never happen!

    I get better selection, prices & service from DX than I do from a lot of stores here in my town. I know that shipping can be (and usually is) very slow, but if you're in a hurry, pay for speedier shipping - the option is there. I also realise that there are occasional problems (I just completed a service ticket - remember?) but that's a part of merchandising & it's the same everywhere. There is the occasional language problem, but DX works very quick & hard to correct these problems.

    Thanks DX, for me, you are always a pleasure to deal with.

    I bought a Casio G Shock watch and when it arrived at my country (Greece) I had to pay customs and TAX fees. Thankfully, I had paid extra for tax insurance. When I asked for the refund, DX responded positively in less than 24 hours! A huge thanks!
