AU Direct Service Feedback Needed

    Wow, so I've just read a few pages of drama... And all I came here to say was I'm a happy customer.

    I ordered 3 items from the AU Direct site (my first order on that part of the site) and everything arrived in working order in 7 business days.
    Thinking: Try it sometime.

    I have still had no notification from DX of my cancelled orders, let alone any offer of compensation.

    A new record- for me at least… When I asked LiveChat if my item was in stock, I was told no, but they could ship it within 10 days. Okay, it was something I wanted so it was worth the extra $3.47 to get it through AU Direct.

    In fact Toll collected my parcel from DX on the 5th working day after I ordered and delivered it to my door 82hours 58minutes (less than 3-1/2 days) later! One other thing they do well is tracking. If status changes three times in a day, all three updates are posted and to make it easier, it is expressed in destination time, i.e. the customer’s “real” time.

    Need proper support, really frustrated with lack of help and the annoying live chat which is no help at all!!

    Noone can confirm if this tv box works in Australia. all I need is someone to look in the setup and see if Australia is in the country list in tv channel setup. Then I can order.

    please forward my request to someone technical..

    really frustrated at the very limited sales support.

    dear customer, i have just confirmed with our product manager. It is works in Australia and all ANDRIOD TV BOX in AU Direct work in Australia since we are exclusively for AU Customers.

    Shipment came from Hong Kong, but arrived quick. I'd honestly get rid of TOLL and go with DHL or Fedex. TOLL's shipping methods are very bad. They require the person to be home, even if there's no signature required. The customer then have to ring TOLL and ask them to drop it at the door (which should be done at the first place).

    Not sure why even local businesses go with TOLL, they are the WORST carrier to use. I'm happy with the DX service but TOLL's service is crap.

    Usually all couriers require signature, if you don't have special contract with them. Thats because, if someone steals item, then the courier needs to pay for it, if they cannot proof that they have delivered the item.

    Yes, but Toll are horrible since you have to call them to get it redelivered. They don't attempt the second time or 3rd like Fedex.
