waiting a month, payment made not dispatched!

    I really thought AU direct was exactly that, and that the sku 131113132012684845 was in stock at the time of order.

    You have my money, why not please deliver my items. How many more times do I need to wait over a month for something to get dispatched from your warehouses!

    please help me or I will have to go elsewhere on the net for cheap China stuff.. there are a lot of other places to go as you know.

    Firstly, that is not an SKU number, it’s your order number.
    Secondly, the forum (particularly this forum), is not the place to contact DX. See the note just below “Reply to this thread”. The place to do that is via this CSE ticket:

    You should in fact have done that two weeks ago. Because of the workload at this time of year, the “fast response” they mention in that note is currently taking about another week.

    For it to have taken this long without being shipped, almost certainly means your item/s are not available so it’s decision time. You can either wait for their reply to see if stock status changes, change to another similar item, or cancel the order.

    I had checked your order 131113132012684845, it was cancelled due to out of stock.
    The refund was processed on 12/12/2013 1:30:35 PM successfully.
    Finally sorry for the trouble in the order.
