Defective item and reshipping via AUD.DX

    I purchased this quadcopter (SKU: 961238853) last month and received it on the 19th December. It was working fine but a few days ago one of the motors just stopped working/spinning. I've just created a ticket but I had a couple of questions about the process.

    1. Will the return shipping cost be refunded. I estimate it will cost about $10AUD for the cheapest postage option to the NSW address mentioned on the help page.
    2. Will the replacement item be sent via TOLL again as it was quite quick shipping once it left the warehouse.
    3. How long does the RMA process usually take?

    Can you please give me an update on this RMA?

    It's been over 10 days and I've heard nothing since you closed the ticket and promised expeditied shipping. I cannot check the new order myself and I've not yet received any notice that it has even shipped.

    I have checked your order140109132014158099, your package was shipped on 1/20/2014 with tracking number 556015690650.

    But sometimes the website doesn't update the information in time, please understand. And if you can't track it at present, it is normal, the post office doesn't put the tracking number into the system in time, just try again a few days later.
