AU DIRECT Chinese New Year Package Delay Notice

    Dear all customers,

    Since Chinese New Year holiday will coming soon, our working schedule as below:

    National Holiday: 31st Jan 2014 – 7th Feb 2014
    During the holiday, our supply and packaging time will be delayed for a few days.

    Do you know what it means when Toll says "Undeliverable: Held at Depot-Awaiting Instructions " "Undeliverable:Insufficient delivery details "

    Does this mean someone from DX has to get in touch with Toll and check the address is correct? Do I have to raise a ticket for this?

    Was ordered on 11th, dispatched on 17th and is still sitting as "Awaiting instructions" as of the 31st.
    One other package from the same order came in fine, so the address is correct.

    I have checked your order140111132014203994, it had been sent out to you in four parcels.
