full shipment...

    Ordered an item 2013-12-25 04:17 and still after the purchase i havent got the package and its now exactly 42 days ago.

    I have never had these kind of problems before, have this site started to be a rip of site or what???

    Its both irritating and annoying not knowing what id the package have ( so i could search for it, order id and package id are not the same) or when it will arrive.
    Why is it so hard to get in touch with ticket service???
    Need some advise here...

    Hi, I checked both your order and ticket. You have closed the ticket because of receiving the package on Feb. 7th. About no answering from customer service is due to Chinese Lunar New Year holiday, all people went home for the most important event of the whole year. Some even took days to get home to meet their families. Anyway sorry about the inconvenience.

    As for package id: We offer free tracking number for orders that value above $15. If one order values above $15 but shipped in different packages, each package was below $6, there won't be tracking number either. For orders value below $15, my suggest is pay $1.7 additional to get a tracking number.

    As I told you before, you should check the date before replying.
    It is pointless and rather insulting to reply to customers a month after their post and then tell them what they already know!

    If you see that i have got the package then just delete the post.
    If i ask a question its not ok to get it after a long time after i made the order and got the package.
    Fix a system that tells u if the package have arrived and if it has then delete the post.

    OK then, I get your point. I'm new, I do need to learn from you guys. I was eager to offer help then but now I feel terrible for the harsh words. Can you teach me the rules or the best way to handle customer's problem or give me some heads up before I made mistakes? Please? Thanks.
