Issues with ordering and accounts

    I have two issues
    Why can’t I change my email address under my account settings? People do move service providers and jobs you realise.
    Why can’t I delete an incorrect or unpaid order from “My Orders”?
    These are poor design aspects of the Web page and account management system.

    Thanks for the information Vladlenin
    When you say I can "You can cancel any order in such situation" it is not obvious how to do so on the order page. Do I have to contact them and request this via a ticket or live chat?
