Buyer Protection and Shipping Delay - Is it worth?

    Dear Customer Service,

    On March 6th, I ordered 2 items from DXListing platform. There is a buyer protection says:
    "On-Time Delivery Full refund if product isn’t shipped within 3 days.”

    I contacted DXListing on March 9th to check out the packages status cause it wasn’t update on recent orders.

    DXListing just forgot about my shipment. On March 11th (5 days delay), you changed the packages status to "Delivered" and I preferred to wait and not to open discuss. After few days I checked out in Singapore Post with tracking number DXListing provided.
    The packages were received from customer (DXListing) only on March 14, i.e. 8 days after original order.

    When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they point me on "Our buyer protection is to ensure the order to be shipped out within 7days. And the order was shipped out within 7 days.". When I sent you your own On-Time Delivery Buyer Protection Statement and also provided information from Singapore Post, DXListing customer service stopped answering my mails (just 3 of them).

    The shopping is not only the cheapest price but also buying experience and service afterwards!
    I'm waiting for customer service reaction.

    First of all, I'd like to receive response from customer service.
    Secondly, Buyer Protection is some basic feature of DX so if we can't be sure they follow it so how can we continue purchasing here? They said : "We can only guarantee your package to be shipped out within 3 days" , so I want full refund, like them state.

    Another 3 days of waiting...
    No response at all...

    Just another month passed and no sight of my order.
    Think twice before you're buying from DX & DXlisting cause you will not have a service at all.
    Will open Paypal dispute if they will not answer my mail within 48 hours.

    Order Number: DXN140306J8SWO
    Order Number: DXN1403060GLBA
    Both orders have been placed on 2014/3/06 and were shipped on 2014/3/11, the shipping time would exclude the weekend. It is normal.
    ORDER #DXN1403060GLBA has no tracking number, so could you please wait for another 2 weeks?
    ORDER #DXN140306J8SWO,I got the tracking info:Despatched to overseas (Country code: IL),which has no updated tracking infomation.
    Could you please wait for another one week?


    I'll have my maternity leave from next week(my baby will be born in a mo
    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.

    I'm waiting for 1 week more and will open dispute on Paypal in case there is no solution for undelivered packages.

    What a wonderful service and shipping speed.
    No refund for about 3!!! month shipping. (This week I got the items I ordered on March 5!)
    Next order will be only on ebay or ali sites - they have customer's protection not like DX.
    Thank you DX for you attitude. It was good times that you served me.
    Think twice before you order something here.
