First purchase

    Good evening, team Deal Extreme!
    First I would like to report my immense disappointment for with my first purchase on the site . I have done several other purchases of similar sites , but it is the first time I come across this situation .
    Find that the stock is empty after completion of my payment , and demonstrate a total lack of control and management , undertakes the seriousness of service .
    Had a considerable amount of my credit card retained for choosing the site to make this purchase .

    In practical lines , how can we alleviate this situation? What website can intervene in this condition ?
    I saw that there are similar adverts in my product. All are from the same seller ? All are exhausted ? Also because this information is not reported in other ads . To review it !

    I would like the resolution of the matter is effected by modification with a product of equal configuration. Still like the submission to be made ​​by the fastest shipping to my address .

    If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it in your account. My Account > MY Orders > Order # > Available Actions > Cancel.
    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    When customer ordered, if the item is out of stock, our staffs will work hard to find appropriate suppliers for customer. We will try our best to get all the items ready as soon as possible. If we have kept the customer waiting for so long, we will advise the customer to cancel and get a refund.

    Good morning, DX team!
    I opted for the cancellation request. Upon termination, informs that the amount will be refunded to my PayPal account, and payment realized by EBanx.
    The value returns to my checking account or do I have to open a PayPal account?
    I would like the value returned to my bank account and not to credit the internet.
