CSR complaint. Where?

    Stupid CSR did not change my shipping option as I instructed. I told the CSR that I want my purchases to be shipped all together but she did not change the shipping option. Now the items were partially shipped because 3 out of the 5 items were out of stock! I chatted with her the second time to complain, but she kept on insisting that I chose them to be partially shipped when available. I told her the reason I asked for the change shipping support was to have it changed. She told me several excuses to cover up her failure.

    Then she dropped the chat in the middle after I told her that their support group should not exist if she could not do what she was supposed to do, change shipping option. I am very furious on how she tried to blame me for her shortcomings and dropped in the middle of our chat.
