New Features or Bug Fixes at AU/US/EU DIRECT

    Dear Customers,

    In order to make customers more convenient to check their order information, we made ​​some modification for order details query:

    Q: How to view the product delivery status?

    A: Enter “My Account” Page→ Click “My Orders” →Click Order Number or View ,You will see the delivery information of all purchased products. If the product has been shipped,the quantity of SKU and tracking number will show under “Shipped”.

    Then clicking Tracking Number, you will see the package status. The shortage products and quantity would show under “Unshipped”
