still order not receive after 14 days

    What are you doing ??
    From last 12-13 days, what you doing ??

    still I not get my order.. why ??? why ?? why ???

    Even your bad shipping partner not update shipping detail and location.. why ?? why ??

    I already told you that just send me current status my order that where its right now ??

    but you didn't..now its enough to wail me.
    I wait already 14 days that you said on you your website.

    Is this your service ??
    Is this your responsibility ??

    I tell you that..

    send me my order within 3 regular day from now at my final destination..
    and give me current current status of my order with real time tracking within today(end of the day)..
    Its final..

    then otherwise give my money back.
    I already my spend 3,100 INR on this, this is very big amount for me really.
    Then why you not understand this ? why ?

    Give me reply very very very very soon end of the day with current status.

    other start to process to give my money back.
    mail me all details.

    JayminD; If you include some actual information, (instead of just ranting) someone might be able to help you.

    Order number?
    Tracking number?
    Shipment date in your account?
    Were there any batteries in the order?
    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    Its only been 10 days (6 business days) since you made the order. What date was it actually shipped on? Click on the order # in your account.

    Hello,
    I already know the timing that's why I am asking..

    I ask about my tracking detail not for receiving??
    Why post department not update my tracking detail..that's what I ask..
    If they do it then at least I know my order status.
    My order date is 14/6.
    But at least they update the location for god sake..

    That's the problem dear.
