I'm not being helped in the tickets i post.

    I'm not being helped properly. I'm not getting the feeling they even read the tickets or read the tickets they post themselves.
    In the last ticket , they were telling me that they would resend the package, wich they did (8-7-2014 14:13:14 full shipment)
    They told me to contact them for a new tracking number in a week, so i waited a week before contacting them again.
    I asked them for a new tracking number , and to my suprise , they still use the old tracking number and said i can get a refund.. i dont know what to do anymore, have paid my product from 12-5-2014 and it still isnt here yet. and i'm not being helped at the ticket service.

    Why were they refunding?
    Was the item of stock?
