I want to speak to a manager

    I have a problem with my order, ask the live chat does not work because my tracking number and was told that my order is returning to DX
    because the request did not pass airline security.

    and this is my tracking number RX354372992CH

    my question is what will happen with my order?
    or if I get my money back

    my order is returning to DX because the request did not pass airline security.

    That's common for orders which include batteries. Normally customers just wait and DX reships the order. It takes more time, but people do get their orders eventually.

    Please don't worry. Your package is on the way back to us as it failed in passing the custom security check.
    I am just confirming with our post office.
    Once I get news,I will inform you.
