No reply anymore at ticket service

    In march this year i ordered a tablet, after delivery the tablet was DOA. DX sended a replacement tablet and this one arrived DOA also. Then i got back my money as store credit and ordered a different brand, guess what... this one arrived DOA also.

    I open a new ticket on 8 august (RMA) and i received a reply to send back the faulty item so i did. After some discussion in the ticket DX just dont reply anymore!!! The status is "Waiting for staff" already since 2 august, i am still waiting for my refund but just don't get a reply anymore.

    I tried the Live chat many times, but nobody is available. I tried to call almost any phonenumber on the website but nobody picks up.

    Before i have good experience with DX customer service but now it is big drama, they just dont react anymore and they still have to refund me USD 107,39 for the item and 13 euro shipping cost for returning the faulty item. I am very upset now because my ticket started 8 august and today 12 september they still not give me a solution. I am trying to order a tablet since march this year and received 3 DOA tablets.

    If DX not fix my problem soon i will advise everybody on the whole internet to never order anything at DX because their customer service is bad and they leave you waiting for days, weeks, months without a clue. Very bad customer service!
