I did a request 16(workdays) ago but no respons

    Hi all i did a product request on 25 March about the ear pads for the G35 (logitech).
    The status from 25 march till now is: "Pending"

    On the product request site the following text:
    All requests are reviewed within 48 hours (Mon-Fri).
    The actual process of sourcing for the product might take longer. Although it's not always possible to find requested products, either due to either due to legal, patent, or supply issues, no request will go ignored.

    Can someone help me?

    For starters, don't hold your breath waiting for the item/s to be listed, or even for a response.

    I have product requests that are over 2 years old, and DX has done nothing. If you've found it elsewhere, buy it there because it might never be listed here.
    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.
