I ordered a package to Amsterdam. It never arrived and it takes alraedy weeks to get my money back. I should prove that I didnt get it with a letter, I guess as an extra barriere so people dont do it. I dont get an answer to what address I should sent it and the webpage works very bad on android, all the time the text gets messed up. I never had a package which didnt arrive! Untill now bad service, maybe will be continued, it costs me hours of communication and frustration, 2 months of waiting and that for 20 euros...

If you want to contact DX, you very simply use a ticket ~ https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Index

Make your request simple as sometimes complicated wording (like above) confuses the staff.

Don't add any comments on a ticket until DX responds first. Doing so will put your ticket on the bottom of the pile.
NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.
