Package delivered to wrong address

    I ordered some items from DX.com
    The Tracking number says the items have been delivered.
    I contacted my local Post office and found out they delivered them to the wrong address - now they are lost.
    I contacted DX.com about getting replacements shipped - but they say the items were delivered.

    My local Post office says only China Mail can claim for a refund as they were the ones who contracted them.
    DX.com won't claim for the items as their status is showing delivered.
    I have forwarded an email from the Post Office to DX.com explaining the items have been lost.

    But DX.com still says I have to make a claim.

    What can I do?
