EU direct, stuck on payment confirmed

    My order (160207135039127795) was added on 2016-02-07, and following http://cs.dx.com/FAQ/Detail/411 it should be handled and be on its way by now, so why it is still at payment confirmed?

    DX are not long back and a lot of the suppliers are only coming back now.

    Give it until the end of the week, if nothing has happened, contact DX using a ticket.
