Access Denied tickets

    I try to add a ticket but when I press on sumit, I see the follow page


    I have trouble with a phone I orded 10 days ago on Eud.dx.com. It should be sended in 2-4 days but I am still waiting on it. The status is changed fullshipped but when I look at the track and trace I see that the item still isn't sended. I paid extra on the european website so I will revice it faster but this isn't really working out. But I can't create a ticket because of the pictrue above. Can anybody help?
