my product was exported feb 18th

    and i still dont have it and my track info hasnt updated since then ..i wrote a ticket 7 days ago and just got the standard we to busy auto reply nothing since ...im not sure what is wrong ive ordered several things from china and have never had to wait this long ..maybe i have been lucky ..its just upsetting as i actually need these items and i may be forced to go and buy more if it doesnt come soon which just seems like a waste
