Waiting for staff. HOW LONG ?????

    I have requested a ticket, the 22nd. Still waiting for staff.

    Are they on holiday or what ?

    They're probably still backlogged from Christmas, and the weekend started there yesterday. 

    Give it 3~4 days and do not add anything to your ticket until they reply. Doing so will send your ticket to the back of the queue every time. 

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    I do nothing, but this is one in a row of problems, so I think to switch to (somewhere else!)
