No dispute function

    Hi! I discovered that it is difficult to do dispute in your order if you are buying from DX compaired with {NOT ALLOWED} and other sites. I had bought here years ago and it is time again but it seems will never buy again from DX where shipping time does not move at all from sellers country  and can not find any function in my order how to do dispute. I would rather buy from {NOT ALLOWED} next time.

    Dispute function!


    If you have an issue, you just use the ticket system to contact DX, its really very simple.

    In case you didn't know, Chinese New Year finished not that long ago, you know, the holiday where nearly all of China shuts down, never a good time to order.

    There is nothing simple in the DX ticket system, there is no category for order-related tickets.

    The only viable way to get an order into a Dispute status is via PayPal, which should be the LAST resort, not the first.

    Also, DX doesn't respond to any other tickets either, e.g. the bug report about the order-related tickets missing.

    The only message we get from here is that DX doesn't care anymore, so we should shop elsewhere, like some electronic bay, or some very fast (express-style) guy named Ali or the site where you can buy stuff in coins or other similar ones that still have a customer service department.

    It was good while it lasted, but just like AIM or YMessenger, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Windows and the gang it's now gone to pieces.
