    I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction about an order placed over 3 months ago. According to your site information, the order received at 28 July 2018 and it has fullshipped at 01 August 2018. Unfortunately, to my surprise I have not received all shipped item until today, 03 November 2018. Also, I am not getting any replies to my messages to DealExtreme online. The last message I have send you, was at 30 days ago. I am very dissatisfied with the dx and i recommend to everyone to not do any purchase from here.

    Post your order # and ticket # here and I'll try to call a staff member to help you. It's the weekend there so they probably won't reply for a day or 2.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    I am trying to reach costumer service, but there is a change in the system and old orders are not shown. Even though, I tried to send a message for older orders (with order #) and no response yet, after 20 days! The product has been shipped but not delivered No reason communicated at all. The order # is 180906001046800142 (old system) and I if not answered swiftly, never going to use this site again (and tell freinds do not too!).

    As an advice, I must say that the new system and website is worse than before. Hope you fix this and solve all the costumer problems it has been causing!
