    I bought the product in September. Now, in November I don't have received the cover. The support don't respond to my messages. Really good.

    Post the order # and the shipment date in your account here. 


    It's not unusual at all to wait a month or more for delivery, AFTER an order has been shipped.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.
