huion replacement pen inspiroy h950p

    ok
    my tablet stopped working properly, so i contacted huion to help with my issue
    after some "tests" they said thast it seems that the problem is with my pen
    and they said that i should ask for a replacement (with their confirmation) so i contacted "dx" sending a ticket
    then they asked for me to send an email with a video of the problem to an email called "after-sales"
    but then, i received an email saying that it was "Quota exceeded"
    i tried sending again for 3 days and nothing changed
    so dx, i need an answer
