    Your IT technicians trying to fix the problem on the wish list should IMHO get their priorities ajusted/changed ...

    I can live with the (inconvenient) lack of a wish list for now, but can DX live with the aforementioned login problem?

    Mind you: I cannot buy anything without at least signing in ...
    What about the silent group members having simular problems?

    heelo all, i have been trying to get a hold of someone {ANYONE} to help me find out about my orders with no help at all around 6 emails and still no answer back, i' am ready to get help from PayPal

    Core failure is that they didn't have a public but optional beta testing with easy feedback submitting of new site alongside keeping the old site running as a functional and "vetted" alternative for feature comparison and redundacy.

    Maybe then there wouldn't have been so many bugs and regressions that's bound to be felt on their bottom line.

    I have the following issue - i finally received an order ordered using your old system and one of the product is defective. I can't seem to be able to post a ticket using the new system. What should i do?

    I didn't receive my package (order no. 180911001052897125) send on
    22-09-2018. It's not possible to make a ticket in the old system and
    also imposible to make a consult in the new system. In the new system I
    get the error "Sorry, the request failed"

    At https://www.dx.com/ (on PC) I am obliged to sign in, while (at the same time on the same PC in another Window) https://passport.dx.com/Login/Logined showes I am signed in.
    Again, at the same time on the same PC in another Window at https://club.dx.com/forums/ I can read/write messages ("as if" I am signed in).
    I can add a message with (MY!!!) account and password that are refused elsewhere

    https://passport.dx.com/Login/Logined suggest me to "Go shopping", but when trying to open my "Wish List", I need to log in.
    My email and password are refused/tagged as not correct with a "Incorrect account or password" and with a captcha, but the "Forgot Your Password"-button sends me the combination I just used.

    On PC and seemingly not signed in (as described in the first paragraph and shown in the picture) I can search and find an article, can add o cart with both "Buy now" or "Add to cart" and is show in the cart as a number (of articles).
    I can view the cart, "Buy from this seller", "Buy now with PayPal" and/or "Proceed to checkout".
    Using "Pay with PayPal" I am asked for PayPal email-address and my PayPal password.
    When I add these, I am shown a https://www.dx.com/checkout/?PaymentToken-page fully filled with my DX-account name and address, but with a (DX-) overlay to add my credentials, as described in paragraph two.

    I am thus unable to buy anything, while stuck in the paragraph two-loophole.
    I am thus unable to add things to my "Wish list", while again stuck in the paragraph two-loophole.

    On my mobile phone on Android on the other hand using my credentials in "My DX", I can "Sign in" and see my "Address book", "Orders", "Browsing history" (and can also remove items from it), "Pending payment", "Pending delivery", "Full shipment" and "Change my password".
    I cannot browse "My wish list", cannot "Search products" (actually I  can, but get "Server busy" as result) because "Server busy Try again later".

    I can see and browse the different Categories, tag and buy items, but browsing a category with thousands of items is almost impossible.
    I can however buy things in my cart, and checkout through PayPal with no problems.

    I can neither see nor use Points or Shop credit.
