    order 181111001031338505  I cannot submit RMA!


    When you click on RMA on the order page, it sends you to:

    When you click on this link, it sends you to:

    Reply within 24 hours


    When you click on it, it sends you Log-in page (again) and then to:

    Submit a Complaint

     Go to My Orders > Locate the order > Leave a message on the order details page or click Contact Now next to the related order number.


    When I click on "My orders", it sends me to:

    Order Details


    Empty Data


    So HOW can I submit my RMA (defective item) if the new system (https://home.dx.com/orders/index.html)  shows NO ORDERS? 

    ( but I started the trip described above from page https://my.dx.com/MyOrders/OrderDetail/181111001031338505  where the order is present and visible)


    THIS QUESTION IS TO DX STAFF who are monitoring this page.

    New site:

    €19.8     <- 22.59 USD

    (Shipping:€5.36) 


    Prices just incorporate shipping on the old site and don't on the new. Psychologically thats different for shoppers but objectively you pay the same.

    In many countries of the world this is called to  beguile ; to  delude;to  deceive;to  cheat;to  swindle;to  hoodwink;to  diddle to name a few, @Scratchling

    A fact constituting; an offence;offence;punishable offence;felony;offense;punishable act;criminal offence that will cost you a lot.
    One would think that a respectable firm is not in need of these tactics.

    However, as (as in preceding messages in this topic) I made a mention of severe corruption of both the sites (https and mobile) and it even worsened as I now cannot even see SKU's that are visible on the "normal" (what is in a name), nor can I search through name or SKU of the article on the mobile site (server busy!), I cannot evn buy via thetemporary diversion.

    So, although/because they deceive us, crash both their sites on different platforms, are unable to repair or roll-back to previous version since November 28 and the prices of Chinese manufacturers through other advertising platforms in China named by some members before, it will eventually be solved by us buyers: they will shop elsewere, as there are many advertising platforms like DX.
    If not, the original manufaturers will do it for us, in due time.


      

    (see, if the  English -> Chinese Google Translate will pick one or more words and helpdesk can/will esclate to a higher echelon.
    I have BTW never before written 15 messages to a helpdesk without an answer/without using brute force)

    Uuhhh... what?


    I can understand the underlined portion. I can also understand the bold type line. Unfortunately when you put them together it makes no sense. 


    Are you saying you had to use brute force to get an answer after 15 attempts? Or was it more attempts? Or less?


    When you did use brute force on someone, was it someone at a Chinese website? If so, who did you apply the brute force to? The receptionist? Someone higher up? How far did you have to travel to use brute force?


    And finally (if you don't mind my asking) what type of brute force did you use? Were there restraints involved? Did you have an assistant? Was there any blood? (I hope not. Blood makes me feel icky)

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    New page has a lot of bugs. I also have lost all my orders. NO one to be found. Also my address is not accepted any more . Massege is " please only english letters. " I am in Canada . I only write in English .
