Orders not showing in "my orders" / ordering issue

    I placed and order for MVP product (to be shipped in 24h) "Teclast P80 tablet" over 10 days ago.

    Transaction was accepted via PayPal and transfer was made.

    However, there are several issues related to this subject.

    I have not received any confirmation to my email about the purchase, not even to junk mail.

    Order is not visible at my dx account, my order section. My browsing history is also empty.

    I cannot contact seller nor I cannot find any place to report the issue at DX

    Phones are not working, nor is the live chat

    have been using DX for around 6 years without any problems whatsoever.
    Ticket service (rarely when I have needed it has worked great) Now I am
    seriously switching place to buy! What have you done?!?

    . And no I do not have order number since I have not reveiced any confirmation about the order.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    Actually there is no need. I also created a paypal dispute for the order after which I got answer from DX already. 

    Seems like my order about to ship from Netherlands to Finland momentarily. 

    Even it is not even close to 24h shipment as MVP states it is good things are progressing. 

    DX also apologized they dont have support ticket system in place anymore. 

    Good that things are in place, and I am waiting impatiently my order. 

    Nevertheless, I think I stick with the European websites from now on.

    I have selected 3 products to buy. I can not terminate the purchase. I went to check my orders and they all disappeared. I have been a customer for several years and I have several purchases on the site. My profile is incomplete and the country of origin is totally wrong. I expect a solution, or never buy from DX again.
