Impossible to submit a ticket on "old" order

    I ordered a powerbank on 2-Nov-2018 and also received it but after one week of usage it is not working anymore.

    It seems impossible to submit a ticket for this "old" order.

    The order number is: 181101001021404031

    Help is much appreciated, thanks,
