    no delivery since november 2018!

    hi @alisa, i would really like reply the ticket, bur where can i find it?

    because the link "my ticket" => https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/List is somehow broken (doesn't show any tickets).

    could you provide me with the appropriate link?
