No answer on ticket

    I ordered 18 of the item as shown in picture 1 and 3 in the link below. LED strip with battery. 

    Order Number:  181219100184768262

    Notice that picture 2 and 4 of the item in the link below shows an other item.

    I got the package 19/01/10 but it contained the wrong items (not as shown in picture 1 and 3 but as shown in picyure 2 and 4),

    AND 

    it contained 16 items of the wrong items. I ordered and payed for 18. 


    The 19/01/10 20:24 i opened a ticket but got no answer yet.

    I want to return these items and get the right ones!

    When will i get an answer?

    I got an answer and i did what they wantet. But again no answer anymore. Now it has gone over 2 months since i sendt my first ticket, but the case is still not solved.

    Attached a picture of the package with the label.
    It says the weight was 1042 g. But the package came ruined to Norway as the norwegian label explains.
