Refund not received

    Hello

    I had a ticket in the old system (7CEACA134C0442D7AFE87869EF833803) and that ticket was marked as solved but I never got the refund. 

    The refund was an angreement because I bought a SKU that was:

    3 batteries, 3 cables, a charger for 3 cabled. And I got


    2 batteries, 1 cable, 1 charger (with one USB input only)


    How can I claim now? Old ticket is gone, old order are gone, I can't ask anywhere.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    @Alisa-Deng hello, no I have not received the refund. And I believe is because the operator who was treating my refund kept asking information about bank account and I payed using credit card. I still provided what was asked, but have not received. 

    I explained that if it's a international wire it will be extremely expensive for DX and for me to have the refund. I'm still waiting for it, and there is no access to the old system to check the status.
