    Delivery Time:7-10 days

    The track number is not tracked.

    The track number RP164714719CN.

    Now status: Full Shipped.

    I have sent 4 messages in the order and have not received any reply.

    How to cancel an order?

    How to get money back?

    What did you want to say with your answer?

    I have no problem with orders 181122001044149712, 181122001044152983.

    And I don't see in the My Orders orders 181122001044149712, 181122001044152983. In the new interface or the old interface they are not. You confuse something. Why are you telling me about these orders?

    Please explain to me how order 190115100193369692 is associated with the orders 181122001044149712, 181122001044152983?

    I have not received a response to order 190115100193369692 from 19/03/06 09: 18. So I wrote here.

    The parcel is not delivered and I want to return my money and cancel the order.

    Dear Issanuil, I did not reply to your message, I wrote my message for DX. I also have a problem just like you, but it concerns from my orders: 181122001044149712, 181122001044152983 which were not delivered and sent back to DX.
