Pedido não enviado há mais de 30 dias

    O site está todo mudado e meu pedido está no sistema antigo, não consigo contactar a DX de jeito algum, estou tentando uma troca de produto desde 10/2018, há mais de 30 dias foi tudo resolvido no ticket e me garantiram que iria enviar o produto e reembolsar parte dos 128,00 que gastei para enviar o produto para China. Agora nem produto e muito menos reembolso, não consigo contato para resolver o problema, pedido: 190226001053689215
