No Shipping Comfirmation e-mail

    I am No longer Recieving shipping comfirmation e-mails.
    Check order status says it is "full shipped"
    Before I would get e-mail for order transaction and shipping.
    now I just get one for order transaction.
    My last order still has no arrived.
    Contacted support, after 2 weeks of spotty chat said a logistical team would look into it
    Im still waiting.
    Made another order not long ago, would have have more but im put off.
    Same thing, order tansaction email but no shipping e-mail.
    Says its now shipped but so did the last one from JANUARAY that im still waiting for.
    before site "upgrade" service was great. I'd get orders in two or three weeks.
    I'm not going to sift through hundreds of fourm threads to figure out whats going on here.
    I dont have time for that.
    But I will give this feedback and say quite frankly I will be finding another place to purchase from If whatever is going on at DX does not get rectified, or atleast explaned more transparently than "the site upgrades are why its all broken". And Many other customers will come to that conclusion very much like I have.
    Hiccups and roadbumps happen, and are forgivable.
    5 months of them are not.
    Your are a business after all..
