Non Delivery of Order

    What a joke this place is. Non delivery, lose order, don't chase it up, now want to charge me extra for the stuff up!

    Dx apparently left customer service (and most of the good reasons to buy here) behind when they switched to this cheap imitation of a  website. 

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    It may due to the below reason:
    1. Returned due to incomplete/wrong address provided by customer
    2. Returned by the destination country's Customs
    3. Returned due to non-delivery: customer does not pick up the package at the
    local post
    4. Returned due to refusal of the package by customer

    Service used to be realy good for DX, but now it's sh!t

    I already filled in the contact form. about 3 times because I still didn't receive my order 190725100187269247 after more than 30 days already, and I don't even get a reply from DX.

    Give me my money back, or resend the order, I don't care, but at least give me an answer to my email !!

    All rubbish. I raised a ticket with Australia Post and they confirmed it NEVER EVER arrived in Australia.

    (details of the ticket and outcome of investigation previously supplied)


    REPLACEMENT or a FULL refund.
